FIELD QUEST / LOCAL FACTORY SERIES
FIELD QUEST takes one factory 'Really?' at a time—from equipment, tools, measurement, handling, and the work environment to the real value of a new product—and follows the test all the way to the ending.
START WITH THE PROBLEM
A machine stops. One component keeps failing. Oil splashes. Measurement takes too long. Material is hard to move. Heat, noise, and vibration linger. We turn one shop-floor sentence into a story anyone can follow.
PROCESS
Choose one shop-floor frustration or simple question worth watching.
Fix the equipment, environment, use, and candidates so the difference can be seen.
Before the test, craftspeople and participants predict the ending.
Run the real test while following temperature, pressure, vibration, time, and usability.
Expected or surprising, what happened remains in the FIELD LOG.

FACTORY THEATER
A motor turns, liquid flows, material moves, and temperature shifts. The journey from problem to visible change is part of the main event.
FACTORY FIRST
Make it compelling, but never stop the floor for footage or manufacture a convenient ending. Only what actually happened in the factory can lead to the next QUEST.
Agree on scope and cooperation terms when extra work is required
Do not take drawings or customer information off-site by default
Do not stop production for a test
The factory decides whether its name is public
NEXT EPISODE
