Can this factory problem really be changed?
FIELD QUEST is a public series testing shop-floor questions and the value of new products. An ordinary private consultation does not become a filmed or public project. We share conditions and results only for themes whose participants have agreed on the content and publication scope.
PUBLIC QUEST / PREPARING
START WITH THE PROBLEM
A public QUEST begins with agreement to participate.
A machine stops. One component keeps failing. Measurement takes too long. Material is hard to move. We first listen to the individual problem. A public project follows only when the factory and manufacturer choose to participate and agree on filming and publication. Taking part is not a condition of receiving consultation support.

How one QUEST reaches you

Find the question
Choose one shop-floor frustration or simple question worth watching.
- 02
Set the conditions
Fix the equipment, environment, use, and candidates so the difference can be seen.

Make a prediction
Before the test, craftspeople and participants predict the ending.
- 04
FIELD TEST
Run the real test while following temperature, pressure, vibration, time, and usability.

Share the result
Record the result and applicable conditions, then publish the verification case within the participants' agreed scope.
FACTORY THEATER
Watch the factory move—and change—from inches away.
A motor turns, liquid flows, material moves, and temperature shifts. The journey from problem to visible change is part of the main event.
FACTORY FIRST
Never bend the shop-floor facts for a better story.
Make it compelling, but never stop the floor for footage or manufacture a convenient ending. Only what actually happened in the factory can lead to the next QUEST.
