We keep equipment, use, time, and environment as consistent as possible, then examine numbers and operator feedback. Private test results are returned to the customer. Public projects are shared only within the scope agreed by participants.

EVIDENCE BEFORE PROMOTION
Even with a new product, the test—not the product—is the star.
We compare a new product with the current or previous model under matched conditions, checking installation, startup, heat, sound, and operator reactions. We first organize the information needed for the customer's adoption decision. For approved public tests, we also explain the conditions behind the result.

Even with a new product, do not edit out the inconvenient moments.
No visible difference, a condition change, or a complete retest: those steps remain part of the test record. When a result is published, we confirm confidentiality and the publication scope, and explain its conditions and limits.
